Jordan accepts all insurances,  including Medicaid and Medicare. We also have a Sliding Fee Scale to reduce the cost of a healthcare visit for patients who are experiencing financial challenges associated with the cost of care.

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) decrease the tax burden associated with expensive, repetitive visits to overcrowded hospital ERs for primary care. Health Centers across the US save the health care system over $24 billion annually. This includes $6 billion in savings to the Medicaid program.

FQHCs are located in neighborhoods where the need is most pressing. Jordan Health operates three health suites located within public housing facilities to help reduce physical barriers to care. These locations provide care to families without transportation and homebound seniors where they are.

According to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality: “Despite providing a broader array of services and serving more at-risk patients, health centers’ average cost runs a dollars less per patient per day compared to all physician settings ($1.67 vs. $2.64).”

At Jordan Health, our healthcare providers serve more than 30,000 patients, amounting to over 100,000 visits a year.
